The world remains strangely silent while a massacre goes on in Palestine

National News Service, Kolkata: The world remains strangely silent while a massacre goes on in Palestine the fountain head of all terrorism in the world. Everyday Palestinians are being killed and their massacre noted as four line articles in world newspapers.

From historical records it appears that the Jewish religion evolved between 1500-1800 B.C. These were local tribes living in that area. Around 1000 B.C King David conquered Jerusalem. Subsequently the Kingdom was divided into two parts Judah in the south and Israel in the North.

Arround 722 B.C. The Assyrians conquered Israel and the Babylonians conquered Judah arround 586 B.C. And then exiled a large number of the Jews. Subsequently the Persians under King Cyrus conquered Babylonia and allowed some Jews to return to Jerusalem and rebuild it. The Persians ruled over this area from around 530 B. C. to 331 B.C. When Alexander the Great conqured this area and in 200 B.C. one of his Generals Seleucus founded a kingdom with Jerusalem as its capital.

One of the Kings Antiochus IV tried to prohibit Judaism and the Jews revolted in 167 B.C. under Maccabeans and were successful of gaining the control of the area, It got Roman protection in 164 B.C.

The Romans under Pompei invaded Judah in 61 B.C. and sacked Jerusalem which came under Roman rule. The Jews tried to revolt against the Romans but were put down in A.D. 70 and A.D. 132. Fed up the Romans drove the Jews out in A.D.135. It was the Romans who named the area Palestina. The only place where the Jews continued to live was Galilee. The Romans continued to be the rulers till around 300 A. D. and then became part of the Byzantine Empire. The area then became Christian, mostly Jewish converts to Christianity and paganism, peoples imported by the Romans, and people who had been living in this area continuously.

The Muslim Arab armies during the 7th century conquered the area and Jerusalem was conquered in A.D. 638 by the Caliph Omar who did not discriminate on the basis of religion and afforded protection to both the Christians and Jews. The Muslim rulers held sway in this area till the early 1900.

During this Muslim rule the Turks originating from Seljuk gained control of Jerusalem in 1071 but their rule was short lived, and in 1098, Egyptians namely the Fatimids allied themselves with the crusaders and took Jerusalem, Jaffa and the remaining parts of Palestine. However a year later in 1099 the crusaders broke the alliance and captured Jerusalem and Jaffa. With this capture the crusaders conscientiously slaughtered the Jews and Muslims, and forbade the Jews from living in Jerusalem. The crusaders held the area until 1187, when the Muslim ruler Saladin attacked Palestine and retook Jerusalem. The crusaders were allowed to hold onto a little portion of the coast, under an agreement with Saladin, The crusaders continuously broke the agreement and tried to retake Jerusalem. The Muslim forces fed up finally evicted the crusaders in 1291 with the capture of Acre.

The Crusaders still occasionally attacked the coastal areas and the Muslim forces pulled back the population from this area and scorched the earth impoverishing this area for centuries to come.

The soldier slaves of the Egyptians the Mameluks took control of these areas in the mid 1200 hundreds took control of this area and the vast majority of the population were Arab speaking Muslims. In 1517 the Ottoman Empire took control of this area and the Turkish rulers invited the Jews fleeing the Spanish inquisition to settle these lands.

In 1798 Napoleon entered the scene and in conjunction with the weak Egyptian and Ottoman rulers of Palestine was depopulating the area. The revolts by the Palestinians against the Egyptians and Ottoman rulers led to a Palestinian entity. It was the Europeans forcing the reorganization of the Turkish Empire and allowing the foreigners to come that led to the attempts by Zionist groups to try to colonize Palestine. In 1880 there were about 24,000 Jews living in Palestine as against a total population of 400,000. The Ottoman Empire imposed restrictions on the Jewish population, but with encouragement from the Europeans they circumvented these restrictions, and continued the colonization of this area.

In the nineteenth century the Jews in Europe started dreaming of a zionist State, and the principal protagonist were the Sephardic Jews principally of Spanish and Eastern Jewish community. In the late 1800's the Jews were oppressed in Eastern Europe and this caused them to Palestine. The Zionist movement took an official step in 1897 with the first Zionist Congress in Basle. There it was decided to setup a Jewish Homeland under Turkish or German rule. The totally ignored the Arab population and advocated that they would be settled in other Arab countries. In 1914 the population of Palestine was about 800,000 with about 700,000 Arabs and 90,000 Jews.

During the first world war in 1914-1918 the Ottoman Empire aligned themselves with Germany and the Austro Hungarian axis. The times were difficult for both the Jews and Arabs. The population consisted of a large number of Russian Jews who traveled there because the Ottomans gave Russians special travel rights. The Turkish Governor of Palestine decreed the deportation of all foreigners and these Jews went underground and formed the NILI who acted as informers to the British. These people were eventually rounded up, but the damage had been done.

After the war the defeated Ottoman Empire was divided up between the British and the French, but Palestine was partly under the British and and partly under Allied command. The Sykes-Picot Agreement of 1916 called for part of Palestine to be under British rule, part to be placed under a joint Allied government, and for Syria and Lebanon to be given to the France. However, Britain also offered to back Arab demands for postwar independence from the Ottomans in return for Arab support for the Allies and seems to have promised the same territories to the Arabs. In 1916, Arabs led by T.E. Lawrence and backed by Sharif Husayn revolted against the Ottomans in the belief that Britain would help establish Arab independence in the Middle East. The Arabs later claimed that Palestine was included in the area promised to them, but the British denied this.

At the end of 1917 came the Balfour declaration as Britain was conquering the whole of Palestine where the British propounded the idea of a Jewish State without violating the rights of the Arabs.

After the war, the League of Nations divided much of the Ottoman Empire into mandated territories. The British and French saw the Mandates as instruments of imperial ambitions. US President Wilson insisted that the mandates be constructed to foster eventual independence. The British were anxious to keep Palestine away from the French, and decided to ask for a mandate that would implement the Jewish national home of the Balfour declaration, a project that would be supported by the Americans. The Arabs opposed the idea of a Jewish national home, considering that the areas now called Palestine were their land. The Arabs felt they were in danger of dispossession by the Zionists, and did not relish living under Jewish rule. Arabs lobbied the American King-Crane commission, in favor of annexation of the Palestine mandate area to Syria, and later formed a national movement to combat the terms of the Mandate. At the instigation of US President Wilson, the King Crane commission had been dispatched to hear the views of the inhabitants. At the commission hearings, Aref Pasha Dajani expressed this opinion about the Jews, "Their history and their past proves that it is impossible to live with them. In all the countries where they are at present, they are not wanted...because they always arrive to suck the blood of everybody..." David Ben Gurion then went about influencing the Paris Peace conference and managed to get backing for the Balfour declaration.

In 1920 the British got a provisional mandate of Palestine and in the San Remo conference they got a much larger area than that sought for by the Zionists. In 1929 the British created the Jewish Agency for Palestine which became the de-facto Jewish Government for Palestine and actively encouraged Jews ti migrate to this area.

The British wanted to give a much larger area to the Zionists then the Zionists themselves wanted. When the British created the institutions for the self governance the Jews were abhorrent to the idea of any Arabs being included in them.

This refusal led to the creation of Transjordan area as an independent Arab land led the Jews to demand that Area, and they formed the revisionist movement. The Arabs alarmed at the scale of Jewish immigration revolted and opposed the Balfour declaration. In the 1930's Jewish immigration was reaching a peak with the persecution of Jews in Eastern Europe. With the Arab resistance increasing and the Saudi Royal joining the chorus the British decided ti limit the immigration of the Jews to 15000 a year. In 1936 wide spread rioting broke out and many Arabs and Jews were killed and the Jews formed a terrorist organization called the Irgun. It was suggested that 20000 Jews be allowed and then immigration stopped, but Ramsey MacDonald refused to stop Jewish immigration that led King Saud of Saudi Arabia to observe: "strange attitude of your British Government, and the still more strange hypnotic influence which the Jews, a race accursed by God according to His Holy Book, and destined to final destruction and eternal damnation hereafter, appear to wield over them and the English people generally."

During 1939 the British decided that the immigration would be limited to 15000 Jews a year for the next five years. When the Second World War broke out the Arabs and Jews fought against the Axis. The British during this period released the Jewish Terrorist who had united under the banner of the Stern gang. At the end of the war the true extent of the Holocaust came to light. Despite the Holocaust no country wanted the Jews and it was suggested that 250,000 Jews be sent to Palestine. The Jewish terrorist groups tried to bring Jews in illegally. The Americans now got into the act and the Anglo – American inquiry committee wanted to send 100,000 Jews immediately.

The British realized that their machinations had made Palestine ungovernable and handed over the mandate to the successor of the League of Nations, the United Nations.

The United Nations Special Commission on Palestine (UNSCOP) on 29 November 1947 the United Nations General Assembly with Soviet and American backing decided to establish two states one Jewish and one Arab and Jerusalem be placed under International control. The Jews accepted this proposal and the Arabs rejected it. The American President had written the following in his diary

"I think the proper thing to do, and the thing I have been doing, is to do what I think is right and let them all go to hell." Fighting broke out between the Jews and Arab states with American money and European perfidy the Jews got the upper hand. On May 14 1948 the Jews declared an independent State with American and European blessings.

The State of Israel was born of British perfidy and American money power. History clearly shows that the Jews were never in full control of the area they claim and that when ever the Jews faced persecution in Europe the Muslims whether they were Arabs or Ottoman they gave shelter to them.

The major massacres of Jews was committed by the Europeans starting from the Knights Templar in 1291 to the Germans during the second world war. It is the Palestinians who have been made to suffer.

Today the Jews defy all norms of Human behavior in their treatment of the Palestinian people because the Jews have bought the the American conscience with their money and the Europeans are overjoyed at the fact that they have banished all the Jews from their country.

The Israelis talk about Palestinian terrorism, theirs is a country born out of Terrorism, they have the audacity to call Yasser Arafat a terrorist and yet Israeli Prime Ministers starting from Ben Gurion, Begin etc. were all terrorists.

The sight of Lebanese babies killed by an Israeli artillery shell is as bad as the killing of Jewish children, and yet the media controlled by the Jews shed tears at the death of Israeli children and Palestinian children killed are looked upon as collateral damage.

The sight of Muslim fundamentalist advocating death of all Jews is as disgusting as the Jews advocating that Palestinians should be exterminated like mosquitoes. Yet the Muslims are roundly condemned but the Jewish money ensures that that the Jewish statements are applauded as self defense.

The creation of Israel is nothing but European colonization, but since the Jews did not have a single nation they did it in the name of Religion.

To rely on the Bible to justify a nation is ridiculous. If this is to be, then Saddam Hussein had every right to to invade Kuwait, the Iraqis are the rightful heirs to Babylon and Kuwait is very much theirs. Then why the first gulf war? If the native Americans tell the Whites, Blacks and Hispanics to leave, will they leave? If the Aborigines tell the white Australians to leave, will they leave? The Mongols claim Budapest after all they are the descendants of Genghis Khan and Kublai Khan. The Italians will lay claim to Istanbul after all the Romans created Constantinople. Where do you draw the line

Saddam Hussein was removed because of his defiance of United Nations resolutions the Jews of Israel had defied many more resolutions than he ever has.

The Americans and their European allies are raising a hue and cry over nuclear weapons possibly being developed by Iran and North Korea and are yet totally silent on the Israeli nuclear program.

All the violence and terrorism in the world today has its root in the Jewish State, but they get away with it because the Jewish money has bought the American conscience and the Europeans overjoyed that they have got rid of the Jews from their land and what does it matter if a thousand off white colored Palestinians are massacred, after all we are talking about the same people who massacred the Native Americans to steal their land, the same Europeans who massacred and looted the original inhabitants of what is now called Latin America and destroyed civilizations much greater than their own, who destroyed the the lives of Millions of Africans with their slavery, who colonized countries for the sole purpose of economic exploitation and killed millions in the process.

If the Jews need a nation for themselves carve it out of Germany, Russia and Eastern Europe and Spain, the real culprits in the killing of the Jews not out of Palestine where they always found shelter in their hour of need.
