National News Service, Kolkata: The Police in Dhaka recently foiled an anti-Indian demonstration plan in front of the Indian High Commission by a Islamic Fundamentalist group Hijbul Taharik. The Police maintained a barricade 10Kms. From the Indian High Commission office in Dhaka recently.
Interestingly the Hijbul Taharik leaders has branded Bangladesh Prime Minister, Begum Khaleda Zia and opposition leader Sheikh Hasina as puppets of India. The postponement of the SARC summit in Dhaka following the events in Nepal and the assassination of former Bangladesh Finance Minister S.A.M.S. Kibreia.
The Pro-Pakistani, Pro-Taliban and anti Indian and anti Bangladesh liberation forces have now again become active throughout Bangladesh. Two leading mouthpieces of Bangladesh fundamentalist- Sangram and Inclave- now continuously campaigning against India. Several Bangladeshi dailies also are highlighting anti-Indian propaganda.
