Communalism: September 2004 Archives
PROUT Editor's note: It is tragic that the entire Indian community pays no heed to the actions of the Sangh Parivar in their determination to exterminate all minorities from the face of India. To be silent in the face of such a crime means the silent are equally guilty. Prabhat Ranjan Sarkar has stated unequivocally that if this kind of extremist racist communalism goes unchecked, then India will disintegrate into numerous small states and will lose its national identity. Those who love the Supreme Entity and who cannot tolerate any kind of injustice will have to identify themselves by stepping forward to denounce the venomous, hate-filled actions of the Sangh Parivar all over India.

The census of India figures based on religions makes alarming reading. The data on religion was collected during the 2001 census, and it is compared with the 1991 figures. During this period the Hindu growth rate declined from 25.1 percent during 1981-1991 to 20.3 percent between 1991-2001. The Muslim growth rate, on the other hand has increased from 34.5 per cent between 1981-1991 to 36 per cent in 1991-2000.
