PROUTIST-UNIVERSAL Editorial Note: The following article, written by Brian Hammer, deals with the legal, psychological, and ideological foundations of U.S. thought crime law. By examination of Stalinist criminal codes, the author comes to the conclusion that even though the Soviet Union disappeared in 1991, Stalinism is not yet completely dead but has rather set up its operations in the soil of the U.S.A. in modified form.
